RepuTex product ratings do not represent an assessment of tax planning integrity factors relating to the product's compliance with all relevant legal requirements of all nations.

RepuTex disclaims all responsibility to any rated entity or third party for all claims arising out of any assessment, opinion or rating given by RepuTex that is based upon information provided to RepuTex by the rated entity or third party that is misleading, inaccurate or incomplete or not provided on time. Neither RepuTex nor any individual or organisation contributing to the rating process shall have any liability to any rated entity or third party for or in connection with any rating given by RepuTex.

RepuTex may assign collected data to alliance research partners to assist with the development of secondary research and analysis reports for further distribution. Once a rating has been made public, a rated entity may disseminate the rating as desired and include the rating in company reports and promotional and other material as required. Use of the RepuTex seal is limited to customers purchasing their own Performance Reports. Similarly, RepuTex may disseminate the rating and related rating reports to its own subscription clients and the public in its own products and services.

Verification

The RepuTex rating process is fully transparent and subject to external verification. An external verification report on the conduct of the RepuTex Ratings is prepared annually and published as part of the RepuTex Summary Report.

Dispute Resolution

Where an organisation believes there is reason for complaint about procedural matters regarding the conduct of RepuTex, any such complaint shall be referred to the Director of Research. Where the complaint is upheld and deemed to impact on any Rating outcome, the rating shall be amended.
